Inaugural Season Announcement

After long deliberations and consulting trusted theatre professionals, the board of directors have chosen the shows that will comprise the inaugural season for A Common Thread Theatre Company.  "This was not a decision we took lightly," noted Jaimee Banks , who is serving as the president of the board. "We wanted to have a season that showed versatility and variety."

The company's first production we will be The Last Five Years by Jason Robert Brown. This will be a fundraising benefit to launch the season. Tickets are $25 and are available on the website under the Box Office tab.

In the spring, due to a potential professional production of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, A Common Thread will be producing Neil Simon's Lost in Yonkers. Auditions have just been announced. Visit the Auditions page for more information.

The company will finish off the season with the epic Stephen Schwartz musical, Children of Eden,  as well as workshops performances of Willy Wonka Jr. and Aladdin Jr.

These will be performances that shouldn't be missed. The company invites people, young and old, to be a part of all aspects of their productions.  Join them for what is sure to be a memorable  and inspiring community-building endeavor.
